At MC Production Group health and safety is a high importance to us, and by ensuring all equipment is serviced and tested regularly we can continue to supply products at their optimum. We want our customers to have the same assurance for their own equipment and so offer several service options.
We are pleased to offer complete servicing and PAT testing for your equipment along with any repairs. We offer this for all sound, lighting, effects and production equipment. All works are completed by our engineers in our extensively equipped workshop and we hold a wide range of spares to cover the most common faults.
We can remove the trouble of continuous faults and poorly managed equipment by performing regular on site preventative maintenance. With regular servicing of equipment and testing you can be assured that your system and it’s components are working to their optimum and doing it safely. Proven to increase the life span of equipment and save you money on costly repairs or replacements.
This can be arranged as a ‘one off’ single visit or by a quarterly, semi-annually or annually visits depending on your requirements or the demand of the equipment.
We have provided these services for over 10 years and many of our clients hold maintenance contracts with us. We are flexible with visits to suit dark periods or term breaks and offer a unique fast call out service in the event of a system fault or failure.
Our engineers are also available for on site system calibration and installation testing. Our electricians can carry out any periodic testing requirements you may have as a venue. As production specialists they can ensure that all of the intricate aspects of your installation are safe and at optimum.
